Carolina Brown Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. regular rice, uncooked
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. hot water
1 small can/jar sliced mushrooms (with juice)
chicken, cut up
Preparation

Grease baking dish.
Mix rice, chopped onion and mushrooms in dish.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Pour over rice mixture (lay chicken parts on top of rice first).
Lay stick of margarine (sliced up) on top chicken.
Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
