Sheepherder'S Meat Loaf(Yields 12 Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 large garlic cloves, pressed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. dried basil
    3 lb. ground lamb
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, mix eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, lemon juice and herbs.
    Add mixture to ground lamb and mix well.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Form into loaf on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until
    juices run clear.
