Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. onion
    1 sweet green pepper
    3 c. old fashioned cooked rice
    2 eggs, beat well
    1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. real manses
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash, drain, mash and set aside.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oleo.
    Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and cheese in a baking dish.
    Mix well.
    Cover casserole with cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and brown.
