Hardy Ham And Cabbage Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 c. water
1/3 c. catsup
1 can sliced potatoes (not drained)
1 can corn
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. cubed ham
3 c. cabbage
Preparation

In soup pot, saute celery, onion and garlic over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about one hour.
