Tim'S Favorite Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans water packed tuna, drained
    2 eggs
    3/4 pkg. saltine crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain tuna; mix with eggs.
    Crumble crackers.
    Mix together; add salt and pepper.
    Make out into patties.
    In skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Fry patties until golden brown.
