Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Morton's Tender Quick
8 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. ice cream salt
2 gal. water
1 whole turkey

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a plastic or enamel container.
Soak turkey for 24 hours.
Dry off and bake as usual.
