Avocado Dip Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped small
    2 green peppers, chopped small
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    1 can black olives, chopped small
    alfalfa sprouts
    potato chips
Preparation
    Blend together the first 4 ingredients and spread onto a serving plate or platter.
    Layer next 5 ingredients on top of avocado spread in the order given.
    Sprinkle alfalfa sprouts over all.
    Refrigerate before serving.
    Serve with chips.
