Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Take first 3 ingredients.
    Mix and let sit for 30 minutes.
    Mix the sugar and eggs into the oat mixture.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
    Add to mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
