Pink Cloud Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box black cherry Jell-O
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Take 2 cups of water and juice from pineapple; bring to a boil. Add Jell-O and dissolve.
Add the other ingredients and fold in. Save enough whipped cream to spread over top, then sprinkle a few nuts over top.
Put into baking dish or pan and chill.
Cut into squares or put in custard cup; top with a teaspoon of whipped cream and nuts.
