Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
3 tsp. water
1 1/2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. orange extract
Preparation

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, eggs and water.
Beat until creamy.
Add orange extract. Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes (do not overcook).
