Baked Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Then boil 5 more minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla mixture.
    (Mix soda and vanilla before adding to pan.)
    Mix. Sauce will foam up.
    Pour over popped corn and mix very well until corn is covered.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, mixing every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and keep mixing until it cools.
    I use large aluminum (turkey pan) for corn and wooden spoon and fork sprayed with Pam to keep it from sticking.
    Also cleans up better.
