Grandma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cooked, diced potatoes, cooled
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shake together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in covered container until well mixed.
    Add to all other combined ingredients and toss well.
    Allow to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Add enough mayonnaise to taste.
    Chill and serve.
