Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage meat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Combine meat and Bisquick.
Mix with hands (easier if sausage is at room temperature).
Melt cheese over low heat.
Add sausage and Bisquick.
Roll in small balls.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
