Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cloves garlic, minced fine
    1 c. olive oil
    2 small cans minced clams (reserve juice)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. linguini
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil and brown garlic (careful not to burn).
    Add clam juice, salt and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add clams and cook for 10 more minutes.
    Stir in parsley.
    Serve over cooked linguini. Serves 4.
