Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scallops (1 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 3/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Parboil scallops for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and cut up. Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until brown.
    Blend in flour and milk.
    When thickened, add scallops and pour into casserole. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until brown.
