Skier'S French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 loaf unsliced bread (French or Italian)
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
    Simmer until syrup like and pour in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice bread; place over syrup, layering as needed.
    Beat together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over bread and cover.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
