Green Beans With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cut
    1 lb. fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine olive oil and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole. Microwave at High for 1 minute.
    Add beans and onion; toss well. Cover with Saran Wrap, turning back edge to vent.
    Microwave at High for 7 to 9 minutes or until just tender.
    Stir once.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Recover and microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate covered with Saran Wrap and serve chilled.
