Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    4 c. sugar
    1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
    12 oz. any kind morsels (milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, peanut butter, etc.)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. each 1 or 2 following extracts: walnut, almond, mint, etc.
Preparation
    Boil milk, butter and sugar (stirring constantly) over medium heat to 236\u00b0 to 238\u00b0 (use candy thermometer), then remove from heat.
    Add Marshmallow Creme and morsels.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Add extract flavorings.
    Stir again.
    Pour into an ungreased pan, preferably 11 x 15 x 1/2-inch.
    Let cool and harden for 8 to 12 hours.
    Cut into desired size pieces.
    Makes about 3 pounds.
