Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 family size apricot Jell-O (no water)
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) large Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring crushed pineapple and sugar to a boil.
Add Jell-O, cream cheese and apricot nectar.
Pour in 8 x 14-inch dish.
When partially set, fold in pecans, celery and Cool Whip.
Return to refrigerator to set.
Makes a large dish.
