salt
French's mustard
cracker crumbs
cheese slices
Preparation

Spread sliced tomatoes with mustard.
Place one thin slice cheese and cracker crumbs sauteed in butter on top.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Put under broiler for a short time before serving.
