Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large tomatoes, peeled and cut in two
    salt
    French's mustard
    cracker crumbs
    cheese slices
Preparation
    Spread sliced tomatoes with mustard.
    Place one thin slice cheese and cracker crumbs sauteed in butter on top.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Put under broiler for a short time before serving.
