2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt
butter, cream cheese, milk and pepper over medium heat until creamy.
Pour corn and cream cheese mixture in dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
