Glazed Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 c. boiling water
    3 scallions, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine rice, water and scallions in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine cranberry sauce, French dressing and onion soup.
    Using 1/3 of mixture, put several spoonfuls over rice mixture.
    Arrange chicken breasts on top.
    Spoon remaining cranberry mixture over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
