Bourbon Pecan Pie With Hard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 eggs
    2 c. dark corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Beat eggs for 30 seconds and slowly; add syrup until blended.
    Stir in melted butter, bourbon and pecans.
    Pour filling into baked pie shell and return to oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
    Cool and serve with hard sauce.
