Sharon'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    white wine
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, prepared as directed on pkg. with only a little margarine
Preparation
    Prepare mushrooms.
    Chop stems.
    Spray pan.
    Add garlic.
    Cook over low heat (covered).
    Add chopped stems and some white wine or you can use a little margarine if you don't have white wine. Cover, cook on low until tender.
