Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    carrot, shredded
    red, green or yellow mango (use as much as you like)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and salt together.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Then with hands, squeeze out all water.
    Boil together for 1 minute sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Mix all together. Can be used immediately or placed in containers and frozen.
