Poke Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and drained polk salad
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together; put Ritz cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
