Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 whole clove
    1 lb. chicken franks, cut up
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 whole fresh tomato, diced
    1 head cabbage, finely shredded
    freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and whole clove in tiny amount of water in a large heavy skillet until onion is soft. Add cut up chicken franks, capers, vinegar, diced tomato and shredded cabbage.
    Stir well. Sprinkle with pepper. Add the water.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
