Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (frozen or homemade)
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (12 fluid oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake for 15 or 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Top with Cool Whip.
