Cinnamon Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. red hots (cinnamon or candy imperials)
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and red hots in 3 cups boiling water, stirring until they dissolve.
    Stir in applesauce, lemon juice and salt.
    Chill until set in a square 8 x 8 x 1 1/2-inch pan or gelatin mold.
    Makes 9 servings.
