Ingredients

1/2 c. canned almond filling
1 Tbsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. ground almonds
12 oz. (about 4 doz.) dried apricots
Preparation

Blend ground almonds and extract into almond filling.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of almond mixture into middle of each apricot.
Place on waxed paper to dry slightly.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Can be made two weeks ahead.
Makes 48 pieces.
