Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. onion
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small pkg. almonds
Preparation
    Cook and drain vegetables.
    Blend in remaining ingredients. Put into casserole dish and cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake until bubbly in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
