Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 small zucchini squash, sliced
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    salt to taste
    3 tsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Layer squash, tomatoes and onion in medium size saucepan. Salt to taste.
    Add margarine and very small amount of water since it makes it's own liquid.
    Place lid on and turn heat to high, then when steam escapes, turn heat down to low or simmer and cook only until tender (about 10 minutes).
    Turn heat off and add cheese.
    Let set for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
