Cheese Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use 1 pkg., not 2)
1 egg, separated
1 c. sugar, divided 3/4 c. and 1/4 c.
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Spread 1 can of rolls in bottom of a 9 x 11-inch pan.
