Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, diced small
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon and nutmeg (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix apples and sugar; let stand for 1 hour.
    Add to mixture the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
