Chocolate Sundae Float - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, peeled
    1 tsp. coffee powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chocolate sundae sauce
    1/3 c. sherry
    1 c. chilled milk
    1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Blend all in blender at high speed until smooth (or, mash banana then beat all with eggbeater or shake well in covered jar).
    Serve with cinnamon stick for a stirrer if desired.
    Makes about 4 servings.
