Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced carrots, drained
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese for topping
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter.
Add flour,
milk and cheese.
After this makes a sauce, add carrots.
Spoon into a casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated thoroughly.
