Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    3/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 3-quart pot, bring milk to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Stir well. Lower heat and bring to boil again.
    Let simmer 35 minutes.
