Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes (fresh cooked potatoes can be substituted)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3 eggs
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. corn flakes
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and 1 stick margarine with electric mixer.
    Pour into a casserole and heat in a 350\u00b0 oven until thoroughly heated.
    Combine the other stick of margarine with corn flakes and nuts.
    Pour over potato mixture and return to oven for a few minutes until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
