Butter Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add salt, lemon juice and water.
    Add one egg with 1 cup of flour until used.
    Cream well.
    Add baking powder, milk and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
