Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 cans potato soup
    8 oz. pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, soup, Cheddar cheese and sour cream in a large bowl; mix well.
    Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 12.
