Chopstick Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6.5 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. green onion, sliced
    1 pkg. green peas (frozen)
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1 medium to large tomato, diced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. cashews (optional)
Preparation
    Place tuna into mixing bowl.
    Blend soup and water; add to tuna.
    Add frozen peas (unthawed), 1 cup noodles and green onion. Toss to mix lightly.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Cover and refrigerate, if desired, for baking later or place into 375\u00b0 oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Garnish with cashews, if desired.
    (You may substitute canned chunk style chicken for the tuna to make Chopstick Chicken.)
