Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    Ritz cracker crumbs (about 1/2 box)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for oleo and crackers.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Pour melted oleo over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
