Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Place in cold water to keep from turning brown after peeled.
    Slice into disks thickness of silver dollar.
    Boil in water for 30 minutes or until they begin to fall apart.
