Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, Karo, water and peanuts.
    Cook on medium heat until peanuts have popped and about stopped popping.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Stir quickly, then pour into greased pan. Shake out and do not try to spread with spoon.
    When cool empty on waxed paper and break into pieces.
