Orange Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box orange gelatin
1 (6 oz.) jar junior apricot with tapioca baby food
2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Place the cheese, pineapple and juice, sugar and gelatin in a pan. Simmer until gelatin is dissolved. Add the baby food. Stir, then cool until consistency of gravy. Add the rice and the whipped topping. Chill until firm.
