Easy Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken or 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion
    4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, torn into small pieces
Preparation
    Stew chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper, a stalk of celery, a chopped onion and chopped carrot, if desired.
    Remove chicken, saving broth.
    Debone chicken and stir back into broth.
    Bring to simmering point over low heat.
    Drop tortilla pieces several at a time into broth.
    Simmer for 15 minutes until tortillas are tender.
