Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cornmeal
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Add eggs and milk.
Heat 4 tablespoons of bacon grease or oleo in large iron skillet.
Remove grease or oleo from heat and pour in ingredients.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
