Simply Super Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 3/4 oz. can salmon
    8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
    2 green onions, minced finely
    1 tsp. horseradish
    pecans, finely chopped
    crackers
Preparation
    Drain, debone and skin salmon.
    Crumble finely with hands. Add cream cheese, green onions and horseradish.
    Combine well. Put in an attractive bowl; sprinkle with pecans.
    Cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
    Serve with crackers of your choice.
