Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze out excess water
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate.
    Let stand overnight.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
