Apple Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 red Delicious apple (unpeeled), coarsely grated
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
Preparation

Dissolve raspberry flavored Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.
Stir in pineapple and the next ingredients and spoon into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold or an 8 x 10-inch casserole dish. Cover and chill.
Unmold on lettuce leaves.
If desired, garnish with fresh cranberries and orange rind strips.
Yields 8 servings.
